The Korean automaker Genesis introduces a new station wagon G70 Shooting Brake to the Russian market. Dealers have already opened orders and are waiting for the first batch of cars. This was reported on February 4 by Autoreview.
The design of the wagon follows the face of the updated G70 sedan, which debuted last year. The car received original headlights and lanterns, a diamond-shaped radiator grille and oval-shaped exhaust pipes.
The interior has a digital instrument panel. The driver will also have access to the frontal collision avoidance system, the function of keeping the car in the occupied lane, adaptive cruise control, as well as the driver’s condition monitoring system.
On the Russian market, the car will be offered in four trim levels with a 2.0-liter petrol turbo engine (197 or 247 hp), an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
Elegance comes standard with eight airbags, leather seats, power front seats, heated steering wheel and front seats, engine start button, media system with navigator, rear view camera, parking sensors, LED headlights and 18-inch wheels. The Advance adds adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, ventilated front seats, a projection screen, a power tailgate and adaptive headlights.
The Sport version has 19-inch wheels, an adaptive suspension, Brembo brakes, a Lexicon audio system, and an electric steering column. The maximum Supreme package includes heated rear row, Nappa leather seat trim, all-round cameras.
The cost of the car in the Russian market will be from 3,545,000 rubles to 4,350,000 rubles.
On November 19, it was reported that at the Guangzhou Motor Show (China), the Korean automaker Genesis introduced the Electrified GV70 electric crossover.
The new Genesis Electrified GV70 received an electric power plant with a total power of 490 hp. In Boost Mode, the vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.
