The American automaker Tesla will recall 26.7 thousand vehicles produced from 2020 to 2022 for repairs. This was reported on February 9 by RIA Novosti with reference to the release of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
Some 2020-2022 Model S and Model Y vehicles, 2021-2022 Model 3 vehicles and 2021-2022 Model X vehicles are subject to the recall.
It is noted that the recalled cars revealed a malfunction of the windshield wiper control system. According to the release, Tesla will release an appropriate software update to fix the bug.
On September 28, it was reported that in the near future employees of Tesla factories will be replaced by humanoid robots Optimus. This will solve the problem of labor shortage at the firm’s enterprises.
Optimus robots will first perform the simplest tasks in production, such as moving parts around factories. In the future, humanoid robots will improve their skills.
