Sometimes I have the feeling that I’m sitting on a train that’s rushing through the world at such a pace that I can’t really comprehend what’s happening. My co-founder Simon Schandert and I founded our start-up Tesvolt just over eight years ago. Since then we have doubled every year: turnover, employees, material. We are currently preparing the expansion of our gigafactory in Wittenberg. We have implemented more than 4000 projects worldwide in recent years – with farmers and hoteliers, with salmon farmers in Norway and avocado farmers in the Australian outback.
