The government of the province of Mendoza launched a new line of financing destined to support and encourage the development of early age entrepreneurshipamong which are included the monotributistas. You will do it through the program Mendoza Starts Seed IIIwhich will grant up to $500,000 per person and per project, with the possibility of return up to 60% of the total.
All those people who have a running businessor that they simply want start a new venture (either a trade or service), which are registered in the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) and in the Mendoza Tax Administration (ATM)and that they possess a bank account.

Among the necessary requirements to have the benefit is presenting a guarantor, whose net salary must cover up to 30% of the loan installment. In addition, you must have 6 months old.
Monotributistas: how to repay the loan
In relation to the financing itself, the disbursement will have to be made in one paymentreturning only 60% with the subsidized rate of 12% per year. The final return period will be 24 monthswith 6 extra “grace”, according to the Mendoza tax agency.
The remaining 40% will be a Non-reimbursable Contribution (ANR)covered by own Ministry of Economy Mendoza.

Mendoza Emprende Program: destination of funds
The funds of the plan Mendoza Starts Seed III will be used for investment in new fixed assetssuch as equipment or new machinery itself, in addition to own expenses of the technical installation service.
It will also invest in other input issues, such as: raw Materials or exchange goods; canned software; activities industrial, commercial, craft, technological base and tourist activities.

Mendoza Undertakes “Seed III”: how to access the benefit
In order to enter the Semilla III plan of the Mendoza government, both the applicant and the guarantor must meet all the requirementsnamely:
- Have your situation regularized in the system of ATM.
- not be in situation 4 and 5 of Central Bank of the Argentine Republic.
- have no credits in delay with the FTyC.
- Not having Alimony Debt.
- Not be a beneficiary or guarantor Seed 1 and 2.
After the ticket has been submitted, the following controls will be carried out:
- have no debt with Mendoza Fiduciaria SA
- Not having “inhibitions” registered.
