The Collection Agency of the province of Buenos Aires (ARBA) allows those who are taxpayers of the Gross Income tax who adhere to the Simplified regimen (known as “Unified Monotributo”)the possibility of requesting the exclusion of said regime.

They will be able to do it who maintain tax registration Over the Gross income under the General Regime and, therefore, are forced to present the Monthly and Annual Affidavits of said regime, or concurrently ceasing registration in the tax.

Exit the Unified Monotribute: how to do it

The cancellation of membership of said tax can be processed through the ARBA website itself.

Requirements

  • have a Tax Identification Code (CIT). If you do not have it, it must be created through the “Obtaining a Tax Identification Code” procedure.
  • Be adhered to the Simplified Regime (Unified Monotax).

  • The procedure is free.
  • CIT required.

Disenroll from the ARBA Simplified Regime: who can submit the procedure?

This procedure can only be done by the taxpayers themselves.

Steps to follow

  • enter the “Application of Gross Receipts”.
  • enter your CUIT and Tax Identification Code (CIT)then pressing “Get into”.
  • select menu “Management”.
  • Press the button “Exclusion”in order to be excluded from Simplified regimen maintaining registration in the Gross Income Tax. Another option is to press the button “Not reached”for simultaneously exclude you from the Simplified Regime and thus cease to be in the Gross Income tax.
  • press on “Confirm” and see the confirmation message.
  • Must be verified the following month the status of the applicationentering the Gross Income Application again.
