Through Resolution 2441/2023 of the Secretary of Labor of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security The agreement and salary scales were approved signed between the Argentine Federation of Pharmacy Workers (FATFA), on the union side, and the Argentine Federation of Pharmacy Chambers (FACAF) together with the Argentine Pharmaceutical Confederation (COFA), on the employer sector.

As Ámbito reported, the increase impacts exclusively in workers included in collective bargaining agreements 691/14, 707/15, 794/22 and 795/22, who will receive a salary floor of $1,275,000 in April, $1,400,000 in May and $1,550,000 in June 2024 .

  • The National Directorate of Labor Relations and Regulations must evaluate the appropriateness of setting the average remuneration, from which the compensation ceiling established in article 245 of Law No. 20,744 (to 1976) and its amendments arises.

Recently, he managed to stop the Pharmaceutical chapter of the Decree 70/2023 by Javier Milei, reestablishing the obligation of presence, personal attention and exclusive dependence of the pharmacist with the pharmacy, drugstore, laboratory or herbalist in which he works, during all business hours, and the obligation of the employer to replace him with another professional in case of absence, confirming that “without a pharmacist, there is no medicine.”
