Through Resolution 2441/2023 of the Secretary of Labor of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security The agreement and salary scales were approved signed between the Argentine Federation of Pharmacy Workers (FATFA), on the union side, and the Argentine Federation of Pharmacy Chambers (FACAF) together with the Argentine Pharmaceutical Confederation (COFA), on the employer sector.

As Ámbito reported, the increase impacts exclusively in workers included in collective bargaining agreements 691/14, 707/15, 794/22 and 795/22, who will receive a salary floor of $1,275,000 in April, $1,400,000 in May and $1,550,000 in June 2024 .
Key points of the measure
- The agreement establishes new economic conditions within the framework of Collective Labor Agreement No. 659/13.
- The signatory parties to the agreement are FATFA, FACAF and COFA.
- The scope of application of the agreement is limited to the strict correspondence between the purpose of the signatory employing entities and the areas of personal representation and territorial action of the FATFA.
- The agreed clauses do not affect or alter the current legal system.
- The Ministry of Labor declares the agreement approved and arranges for its registration.
- The National Directorate of Labor Relations and Regulations must evaluate the appropriateness of setting the average remuneration, from which the compensation ceiling established in article 245 of Law No. 20,744 (to 1976) and its amendments arises.
Pharmacists stopped the DNU chapter
