The British economist has been serving as representative of the organization in Turkey for three years. Previously, he worked in Moldova and Latvia, and was also Deputy Head of Unit in the Department of Europe.
Prior to joining the IMF Kelmanson served as an advisor to the UK Executive Board on the IMF board and also served on the UK Treasury. He is a graduate of the University of Leeds.
