Adele reveals her new 58 million home with Rich Paul

Adele is largely reserved with private postings, but now the singer dedicated a whole series of pictures to her partner – and thus revealed that they had moved in together.

It’s been a good six months since Adele led viewers of the “Vogue” YouTube channel through her home in Los Angeles. She unpacked groceries in her open plan kitchen and answered questions in her garden. Now the singer has found a new home. The British woman posted several photos of and with her boyfriend, basketball manager Rich Paul, on Instagram.

Adele and Rich Paul: This is what their new luxury home looks like

“Time flies” (“time flies”) she wrote. A photo shows the two in front of a house, both holding keys in their hands. Attentive connoisseurs quickly realized that the luxury villa was Sylvester Stallone’s former home. Adele reportedly shelled out $58 million for it. What do you and Paul get? Approximately 1700 square feet with eight bedrooms and twelve baths. Architect Richard Landry added a luxurious guest estate to the home.

Stallone acquired the Beverly Hills property in the ’90s and has been trying to get rid of the house for some time. However, the “Rocky” star could not achieve its original sales price of 110 million dollars. Adele and Rich Paul can look forward to a lot of privacy there. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and cannot be reached by non-residents. Adele’s new neighbors include Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson and Justin Bieber, among others. Once the two live in the luxury villa, they don’t actually have to leave their home anymore. There are plenty of amenities, including a cinema, a fitness room and a cigar room with an air filter system.

Another two houses

Adele and Rich Paul were first spotted together in July last year. In her latest album “30” the exceptional artist processed the divorce from her ex-husband Simon Konecki. She has found a new love with the sports agent and can even imagine having another child. Speaking on Graham Norton’s talk show, she said: “I’d love to have more kids – I just feel like I’ve caught up on my sleep from nine years ago when I had my son.”

There would certainly be room for another children’s room in the new domicile. And if they ever get bored there, Adele has two other luxury properties in the neighborhood.
