Jenna Ortega is being considered for a role in “Beetlejuice 2” of Tim Burtonaccording to the Variety portal.
Ortega, best known for her role as Merlina Addams in the recent series of Netflix “Merlin”is in talks to play the daughter of Lydia Deetz, played by Winona Ryder in the original movie.

I think now there is a better opportunity than ever… I miss that character. There’s something cathartic and surprising about it. I think he is closer than ever.” Ryder reconfirmed that the film was in the works in an appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” in 2015.
