Amanda Bynes: actress is in psychiatric hospital

Amanda Bynes has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital after she went naked. Are you threatened with renewed guardianship?

Actress Amanda Bynes (36) is currently in a psychiatric hospital. This is where she was taken after being naked near downtown Los Angeles on Sunday morning (March 19). According to an eyewitness, she flagged down a car and told the driver that she was coming down from a psychosis. Bynes is said to have called 911 himself.

The psychiatric ward at the nearest police station thought it would make sense for him to be admitted to a clinic. According to sources, Amanda Bynes will “probably continue to be treated for a few more days”. The actress had to cancel her appearance at the “90s Con” in Connecticut due to illness.

Will Amanda Bynes be placed under guardianship again?

Byne’s parents are “deeply concerned about their daughter’s well-being and health.” Another guardianship is “not up for debate, at least not at the moment”.

Amanda Bynes was under guardianship for nine years because of bipolar disorder. She had previously noticed unusual behavior. Among other things, she had started a small fire in a driveway. She was then placed in a psychiatric hospital and placed under guardianship.

This ended last year. Since then, the actress seemed to be doing better: according to media reports, she had lived independently in her home and taken beauty classes. The relapse comes as a surprise. For the parents, there was at least a small consolation “that Amanda herself had enough self-confidence to realize that she was in trouble” and got help.
