Nick Cannon swapped the cards for the mothers of his 12 children on Mother’s Day

The proverbial football team of children – that’s what Nick Cannon did. The comedian and actor brought twelve children into the world. And with six different women. Cannon, who moderates the US version of the music show “The Masked Singer”, apparently loses track himself.

In his podcast “The Daily Cannon” he reported how he got confused on Mother’s Day. Cannon wanted to send greeting cards to his children’s mothers: “I thought it would be a really good idea to show them how I really feel.” Actually a charming idea, but the 42-year-old stood in his own way. He switched the cards so the women received messages that were actually addressed to someone else.

“I messed up the cards when I was writing handwritten messages. And then when one baby mama read the card that said how I feel about the other baby mama…” Cannon confessed on the podcast. “I really did my best,” he assured – but that didn’t prevent the unpleasant mishap either. He wrote extra personal cards this year: “It wouldn’t have happened with the standard shit.”

Cannon was married to pop star Mariah Carey for seven years. From this marriage come twins who were born in 2011. After the split, Cannon became a father ten more times. His youngest daughter was born in December. Their mother is the model Alyssa Scott. Cannon told the Los Angeles Times that he needed $100 million a year to support himself and his 12 children. He also bought all his ex-partners houses where he regularly visits them and his children – but then of course he sleeps on the sofa.
