Cillian Murphy won an award for best drama actor. On stage, however, it is not his performance that is initially in the foreground, but rather lipstick. What happened?
“Oppenheimer” is the big winner at the Golden Globes – leading actor Cillian Murphy also won a trophy. The 47-year-old began his acceptance speech with a special question.
“Oh man. Now the first question: Do I have lipstick on my nose?” joked the Irishman on stage. His wife, artist Yvonne McGuinness, had previously kissed him after Murphy was announced as the winner. “I’ll just leave it like that,” Murphy said, referring to his nose – which probably still looked a little reddish from the lipstick.
“Oppenheimer” by Christopher Nolan won five Globe trophies on the night. Murphy won best drama actor.
