Kanye West sued for sexual harassment by his former assistant

Former employee Lauren Pisciotta alleges that the rapper and Yeezy founder behaved inappropriately before she was fired.

Kanye West is under fire again after his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, breach of contract and unjustified dismissal, according to various media reports. She is also suing the rapper and his various companies, including Yeezy, for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distressaccording to the Rolling Stone portal, which saw the court documents.

Pisciotta collaborated with West on his Yeezy women’s clothing line, as well as his 2021 album Donda. She said she was hired as his assistant in 2021, with an annual salary of one million dollars, on the condition that she be available for him “24/7,” Rolling Stone reports.

What the lawsuit against Kanye West says

According to the report, Pisciotta, who was already making the same annual income from OnlyFans and social media, according to the lawsuit, said West was initially okay with her extra effort. However, he then told her that he wanted her to be “like God” and asked her to delete her account, in exchange for an extra $1 million, the lawsuit claims. She complied. However, she claims that West allegedly began sexually harassing her.

According to the lawsuit, one of West’s text messages to Pisciotta said: “Look, my problem is that I feel like fucking, but after I do it I want a girl to tell me how hard they got fucked while I fuck them. “Then I want him to fool me.”

Pisciotta states that West was “obsessed with the penis size” of his partners and would masturbate during phone conversations with heraccording to Rolling Stone.

And she alleges that during a flight to Paris, West informed her that he needed to talk to her and essentially trapped them in her room on the plane after closing the door, which couldn’t be opened from the inside. While Pisciotta was sitting in a chair in front of West, who was lying in his bed, he began to masturbate under the covers and finally fell asleep, the aforementioned portal reports.

The lawsuit mentions that Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff for several West companies in September 2022 and was told she would receive a $3 million bonus. She was fired the following month, with the offer of a $3 million severance package. While she accepted it, Pisciotta claimed she never received it.
