For months there has been little news about the Princess of Wales, who is suffering from cancer. But now the British heir to the throne is said to have revealed something.
According to British media reports, the British heir to the throne, Prince William (41), spoke about the health of his wife Kate (42) at a memorial event for D-Day. When asked whether the Princess of Wales, who is suffering from cancer, was already feeling better, William answered with a clear “yes”, as the PA news agency reported, among others. The statement comes from a video that shows William talking to an elderly man in a wheelchair.
William attended a memorial event for the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy with his father King Charles (75) and Queen Camilla (76). Kate would have loved to have attended the event in the port city of Portsmouth, William added.
Catherine, as she is actually called, announced to the public in a very personal video message at the end of March that she had been diagnosed with cancer after major abdominal surgery in January. Since then, she has been undergoing preventative chemotherapy. She has not been seen in public for months.
