Mickie Krause: “Party of the century” for the silver wedding anniversary

Ballermann star Mickie Krause and his wife Ute celebrated their silver wedding anniversary with musical performances and emotional speeches.

Pop star Mickie Krause (54) and his wife Ute have been living life as a married couple for 25 years. The Ballermann singer has now proven that this has to be celebrated natively at a party on the occasion of the silver wedding anniversary in Mallorca. 150 guests came to the “party of the century,” as Krause revealed.

Surprise musical performances and lots of emotions

The couple celebrated with family, friends and neighbors, said the “Schatzi, give me a photo” interpreter. His ute wanted a party “where she knew every guest personally,” but even Krause was surprised at the end by the number of guests. “I was expecting 50,” the 54-year-old continued. However, everyone had “great fun” and the atmosphere was “phenomenal”.

But it was also emotional: In addition to musical performances, “wonderful speeches” were also given. Krause himself “cry more happiness and emotion that evening than I have in 25 years.” A special highlight was the surprise appearance of the Hanoverian cult rock band Fury in the Slaugtherhouse (1986-2008, since 2017): “The music of Fury in the Slaughterhouse has accompanied us since 1990 and Ute once said that her dream would be for the band plays on our silver wedding anniversary.” The entertainer didn’t have to be told twice and did everything he could to fulfill his wife’s wish. In the end, even the band was surprised that “the private Mickie is a little nicer than the one on stage.”

A couple for over 30 years

Pop star Mickie Krause and his wife have been a couple for over 30 years. When they first met, the entertainer was 21 years old, “my wife was 15, we met at the holiday camp,” the Ballermann star revealed two years ago in an interview with presenter Birgit Schrowange (66).

And what is the secret behind their happy marriage? The father of four also has an answer to this: “A marriage has to get better and better over the years and that is the case with us. We are always working on having the perfect marriage. And of course it is to Ute’s credit that she is ready to put up with me for so long.”
