Donald Trump is considering Kimberly Guilfoyle for office. The ex-TV presenter is engaged to his son – or is he?
New name on Donald Trump’s (78) staff list: The US President-elect wants to make Kimberly Guilfoyle (55) the United States Ambassador to Greece. Commenting on the appointment, Trump said: “Kimberly has been a close friend and ally for many years. Her extensive experience and leadership skills in the law, media and politics, as well as her keen intellect, make her highly qualified to represent the United States and protect its interests abroad.” The appointment still needs to be confirmed by the US Senate.

The journalist, former prosecutor and ex-Fox News presenter is closely linked to the Trump family. She was in a relationship with Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. (46) for a long time and was reportedly engaged to him until recently. But recently, the 46-year-old was said to have been spotted with another woman. Photos show Donald Trump Jr. apparently holding hands with Bettina Anderson during a romantic evening at a restaurant in Palm Beach last Monday. Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle got engaged in 2020 after meeting in 2018. The 46-year-old was married to his ex-wife Vanessa from 2005 to 2018 and the two have five children.
Donald Trump Jr. has already commented on his father’s nomination. he wrote, “I am so proud of Kimberly. She loves America and has always wanted to serve the country as an ambassador. She will be a great leader.”
The chosen one also released a statement: “I am honored to accept President Trump’s nomination as the next ambassador to Greece and I look forward to receiving the support of the US Senate.” President Trump’s historic victory gives hope and optimism to the American people and “freedom-loving allies around the world,” she said.
She continued: “It was the democratic values born in Greece that helped found America. And now we have the opportunity to honor that history by building better times here at home and abroad.” As ambassador, she looks forward to “implementing the Trump agenda, supporting our Greek allies and ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.”
