Through the Decree 551/22 was launched Bridge to Employment Program in order to gradually transform social, educational and employment programs into quality registered work with federal criteria, improve employability and promote the social inclusion of those people who are in a situation of social and economic vulnerability.
Private sector employers that hire workers, that participate in the social, educational or employment programs that are determined, will enjoy with respect to each of the new incorporations 100% reduction of employer contributions to the Argentine Integrated Pension System, to the National Institute of Social Services for Retirees and Pensioners, Fund
National Employment and Family Allowances, by a period of 12 months counted from the beginning of the employment relationship.
During the period in which the employment relationship develops, the employer must consider and allocate the monetary allocation of the social, educational or employment programs that the worker receives, on account of the payment of the remuneration that corresponds to him according to his activity.
The Program takes effect from October 1, 2022 and was initially for a period of 24 months, however, the Decree. 1085/24 (BO 10/12/24) extended the program to labor relationships that begin from from 10/1/24 to 12/31/26both dates inclusive.
