When they arrived, the situation had calmed down and there were only a few young people in the parking lot in front of the bar, who loudly smiled at the arrival of the patrol and disturbed the order. A 17-year-old from the Amstetten district presented himself particularly aggressively. He was asked to identify himself. The accused became short-tempered and began to insult the officers. He had to be held back by his girlfriend.
After repeated requests to stop his aggressive behavior, the 17-year-old was finally arrested and taken to the Enns police station. After his handcuffs were removed, he rampaged around the cell, hitting the cell bars and walls. At first, even his informed mother could not calm the youth down.
The arrest was finally lifted at 6 a.m. At that time, the young person still had 1.08 per thousand alcohol in the blood.
