Song Contest: Ukraine gets the win

As expected, the folklore rap formation Kalush Orchestra triumphed against 24 competitors at the musical mega show in Turin on Saturday evening and brought victory to the country currently under Russian attack for the third time. “Please help Ukraine, Mariupol, help Azov-Stahl now,” singer Oleh Psiuk asked the audience at the end of the song “Stefania”.

Austria’s teenage duo LUM!X feat. Pia Maria, on the other hand, was eliminated in the first semi-final of the competition. The world’s largest music competition is broadcast in dozens of countries around the world – from Australia to the North Cape. Every year, a good 120 million people watch the final round of the show alone.
