It was time for the young Melina from Linz to pack her bags after the third episode of the ProSieben model show. The 19-year-old could not convince Heidi Klum in Los Angeles with her performance in the video shoot and on the catwalk. In the current episode, the 25 candidates had to present themselves in an individual introduction clip. “You weren’t one of our favorites at all,” said Klum to the Upper Austrian. The 19-year-old also left no lasting impression on the videographer and guest judge Rankin (“You were only a one out of ten”).
“You don’t belong here”
During the decision walk, the models had to walk through the four seasons on high heels – pebbles in spring, soft artificial grass in summer, slippery leaves in autumn, snow in winter. For each season, the participants had to present a suitable, expressive pose. But here, too, the young woman from Linz could not convince the jury. “I don’t think you belong in this competition,” Rankin said. “Unfortunately, this is where the journey ends for you,” Klum finally concluded and sent the trained office clerk, who had never modeled before, home.
“I’m going home with a good feeling,” she said calmly. When she said goodbye to her competitors, a few tears flowed. In addition to Melina, Juliette, Slata and Melissa had to leave the show in episode three.
