The indictment accuses the educator of sexual abuse of minors, abuse of his authority and sexual coercion. The 61-year-old faces up to five years in prison. He is said to have committed the crimes between September 2017 and May 2022. The three victims are now 15, 16 and 20 years old.
The allegations weigh the heaviest in the case of the 16-year-old: the teacher is said to have forced the girl to sit on his lap. The man is said to have used force to pull the child towards him and touched the genital area above the clothing. Finally, two other girls also reported touching their hips, buttocks and thighs.
