Altach’s 1-0 defeat against Hartberg probably also contributed to the fact that the heated spirits at SV Ried calmed down at least slightly over the weekend after the 1-1 draw in the Bundesliga at WSG Tirol. After the 1-1 draw in Wattens, nerves were on edge. Not only because of the disallowed goal from Ried defender Tin Plavotic for the supposed 2-1 win in the last minute of added time, which referee Markus Hameter had disallowed after a VAR check due to Markus Lackner’s wafer-thin offside position – rightly so the waves high.

Daxl disagrees with the choice of words: “I neither personally insulted nor touched Mr. Hameter, I just expressed my opinion loudly.” The complaint against him states that he stormed the square. “I’m curious to see how the criminal senate sees it and whether a ‘space storm’ is possible as an individual.” Ried now wants to take the emotions and energies positively into the final against Altach. In contrast to Ried, there is a mood of crisis in Vorarlberg because their own performance is poor. Against Hartberg you only had the first chance to score after 80 minutes.
