At around 11:00 p.m., an 18-year-old Austrian from the group behaved aggressively towards the officers who intervened and was finally arrested. A short time later, around ten to 15 of his companions gathered in front of the police station and tried to gain entry in vain.
Meanwhile, a 15-year-old local was observed damaging a parked car. When the police tried to determine his identity, the youth fled. After a brief pursuit, he was also arrested and also taken to the police station. As a result, other sympathizers and onlookers gathered in front of the police station, and four more arrests were made for aggressive behavior and scuffles with several participants.
The situation only calmed down around midnight when several additional police patrols from the Landeck district and from Innsbruck arrived. At around 12:45 a.m., those arrested were released.
