The 24-year-old, who had not had a driver’s license for a long time, was stopped by an Ampflwang police patrol in the Attnang-Puchheim area on Wednesday night. Although he was visibly impaired by drugs, the 24-year-old refused a request for a clinical examination. He was banned from continuing his journey.
Just a few minutes later, the police noticed that the 24-year-old had moved his car from the stop location. Shortly afterwards he was stopped by a civilian patrol in the Atzbach area. This time too he refused to be taken to the doctor. He has now been reported again for driving without a license and for refusing to be presented for a clinical examination.
