The positive reactions to the piece “The Hamminger case” never end. As reported several times, more than 60 amateur actors from the Innviertel have come together to tell the story of the murderer Georg Hamminger, who hid in the Kobernausserwald. 18 sold-out performances, more than 5,000 visitors and an impressive donation of around 65,000 euros for victim protection assistance “White ring” later the new project is now finished: “The Hamminger case” on DVD.
The film was recently presented in Saiga Hans, and the actors and helpers from eleven Innviertel communities in attendance were thrilled. The DVD is available in the savings stores Kastinger in St. Johann, Kronberger in Aspach, Pöschl in Lochen, Eicher in Schneegattern and Steiglbauer as well as in the Lohnsburg warehouse. The proceeds from the sale also go to the “White ring” benefit.
The Kobernausserwaldbühne theater community around Martin Mayer from Lohnsburg and Gerhard Frauscher from Saiga Hans is also planning to stream the film online. Details follow.
