In this sense, Ruiz Hiebra expressed the possibility of “being a reference in the region of sustainable development, of eradication of the poverty and a democratic benchmark.”

“It is already to a large extent, but I think it needs a jump. It needs a bit of audacity in some public policy decisions,” the official warned.

Decarbonization and the Ceibal Plan
