In the city of Philadelphia, US state of Pennsylvania, a man took a child hostage and locked himself in the house. On Thursday, January 20, reports Intel Point ALERT in Twitter.
According to the federal emergency management agency, the man threatened to shoot the child if the police approached the house.

It is clarified that the man called 911 on Wednesday evening and stated that he had a gun and that he may have shot someone.
SWAT officers arrived at the scene. The operation takes place in the Overbook area. The police are trying to get in touch with the man, but he does not answer.
Earlier, on January 15, in the city of Colleyville, Texas, an unknown person took hostages in a synagogue. The attacker said that he was “going to die” and wanted to talk to his sister. All hostages were released, they were not injured. The state police said the suspect in the capture has been eliminated.
