One of the attractions that attracted the most attention during the exhibition were the two “robot dogs” that toured the fair, and surprised visitors. Aníbal Suárez Schmitz, from GenIA, the company that markets them, explained that the dogs serve to detect leaks, obtain thermal images, participate in different processes within the sector, and can also take readings of instruments or machinery, depending on the function assigned. The advantage is that they do not need hundreds of kilos of food to walk, but rather a couple of hours of electrical charge.

We must try to homogenize the standards to prevent each region or basin from having additional costs due to lack of standardization. I hope that it really is the way, that we relax the rules that allow us to reach or exceed 1.5 million barrels, that allow us to stop talking about the potential of Vaca Muerta and start talking about the reality of Vaca Muerta,” López Anadón added.
After the inauguration, the Cycle “Meeting with the CEOs”where the leaders of the most prominent companies in the industry shared their projections, challenges and news. In the first round, he participated Marcos Aranguren, from CALFRAC Argentina: “In Argentina they have done a good job of putting ourselves on a global level. There are very few things that are not being done and those that are not being done are already in development. “We are achieving important goals without having to go outside to achieve the solution.”
