For this we seek to generate a balance between the different areas. In this sense, I recommend initially paying attention to three points: diet, physical activity and rest.
A healthy diet is one that excludes ultra-processed foods that contain a variable amount of preservatives and chemicals, which act as disruptors of basic biological and cellular mechanisms in different processes of our body; for example intestinal transit or edocrine function.
Physical activity is a key point. It is proven that exercising routinely reduces the risks of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular and oncological conditions.

And finally, when we talk about break At this point, we include leisure as a fundamental piece.
In the busy world we live in, it is difficult for us to take our eyes off the screens and night rests are not the desired ones. The same happens with leisure. At times when it seems that we are enjoying our family, our friends or some recreational activity, we have schedules to meet and anxiety disorders are one of the most frequent queries we have seen in recent years.
That is why our indication is always that we look for tools to keep these three points anchored in our daily life and our routine.
These tools are independent of each person and vary according to tastes, times and objectives. We can go for a bike ride, find meditation groups, swap the TV for a book, and start planning our weekly meals so we don’t consume fast food on such a regular basis.
A good rest, a meal without screens, physical activity -even if it is 3 times a week- and a diet avoiding all kinds of packages, will undoubtedly generate a better state of well-being and less chance of present and future pathologies.
