The Moscow prosecutor’s office began checking after the hospitalization of a five-year-old boy who fell out of the window of an apartment building in the Biryulyovo Vostochnoye district. This was reported on Tuesday, December 14, in the press service of the department.
The department clarified that the child fell out of the window of an apartment on the third floor of a residential building on Donbasskaya Street, where, according to preliminary data, an illegal kindergarten was organized, REN TV reports.
“According to preliminary information, the apartment is rented by an individual entrepreneur to provide services in the field of supervision and care of minors,” – said the head of the press service Lyudmila Nefedova.
The supervisory department added that at the time of the incident there were six children and one adult in the three-room apartment, the Moscow city news agency reports.
The Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office has put the course of the procedural check under control, writes RIAMO.
Earlier, on September 14, in Kondopoga (Republic of Karelia), a 9-year-old girl, while studying at a music school, leaned against a window, squeezed out the glass and fell from the height of the second floor. The victim was hospitalized with injuries.
