It is known that today we find ourselves with a more digitized society, from small to large companies, they verified the benefits that the digitization of processes brought to their business. At the same time the work dynamics changed, becoming more mobile and decentralized. Almost without realizing it, in less than two years and with complete normality, we have adopted these digital actions in our daily lives. But, although great progress was made last year, the reality is that there is still much to be done.

Today, what is coming are not technological challenges, this is because it has been shown that they work by breaking the paradigms of the advantages that technology gives us. Today the great challenge has to do with determining which are the most competent technologies for my business and how I am going to take advantage of the opportunities that this technology offers me, this means that each company will have different solutions, based on capturing these new needs. and problems that customers and collaborators have.

Digital transformation is no longer a necessity to survive the pandemic and today it is transformed into an opportunity to generate a competitive advantage over the competition. But What challenges does it present us for this new year?

In the first place, capture the needs and problems that customers and collaborators have, this is essential because over time they change, everything begins to be faster, past solutions are not effective and having to innovate to keep up within this transformation.

Secondly, to see how the solutions that respond to the problems of clients and collaborators will begin to be implemented in an agile way and to see how we begin to develop those capacities to create that new culture, the trend today being to see how it is achieved through prototypes deliver the fastest and most efficient solution possible.

And finally, knowing how to sustainably manage this change that we are experiencing, since this has to do with change management and it matters a lot because the strategy is related to leadership by senior managers and their constant support, by delivering an effective communication process so that resistance to change does not occur.

Digital transformation is a fact and more and more companies are entering this world, but it is important to understand that this change is achieved through knowledge, having to renew ourselves in pursuit of a better and more efficient way of working.
