The political party “United Russia” has all the resources to support people with questions that arise. This was announced on Saturday, December 4, in a video message to the participants in the plenary session of the third stage of the XX Congress of a political force, by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“You have all the resources to support people in addressing the issues they raise. The key role here should be played by the local branches of the party, the so-called “primary organizations”, – stressed the Russian leader.
According to the President, at this level it is necessary to strengthen an effective dialogue with society. The party must develop feedback that helps the political force to change and gain strength, he said.
Putin also praised the decision of the United Russia party to report annually to the country’s population. According to him, the political force has proved that it is the party-leader by right, having won a landslide victory in the autumn elections to the State Duma.
“United Russia” is holding on Saturday the third, final stage of its jubilee, XX Congress, at which it sums up the results of the September elections to the State Duma. In its course, the rotation of the party’s governing bodies will be carried out.
The third stage is timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of United Russia, which was celebrated on December 1.
