Armani was placed in the 10th position, with five titles more than the Brazilian Dida, in a historical ranking that includes Vitor Bahía (Portugal, with 35), Manuel Neuer (Germany, with 31), Gianluigi Buffon (Italy, with 28 ), Iker Casillas (Spain, with 27), Edwin Van der Saar (Netherlands) and Keylor Navas (Costa Rica), with 26 and Peter Schmeichel (Denmark), Víctor Valdés (Spain) and Jens Lehmann (Germany), with 24 each.

With the Colombian team, Armani won 13 championships -11 local titles, one Copa Libertadores and one South American Cup Winners Cup-, with River he won seven titles: five local trophies -one Argentine Cup, one Professional League, two Argentine Super Cups and one Champions Trophy-, one Libertadores and one Recopa South American; and with the Argentine National Team he won three cups: Copa América, the Finalissima and the World Cup.
