Barracas returns to victory with a win over Instituto

Barracas Central won after three dates in the Professional League, beating Instituto de Córdoba 3-0 this afternoon, at the Claudio Tapia stadium in Buenos Aires, for the fifteenth date.

Francisco Álvarez in the first half; Bruno Sepúlveda and Iván Tapia, from a penalty, in the second, declared the first victory in the cycle of technical director Sergio “Huevo” Rondina.

The “Handsome” broke a three-game winless streak and saddled his rival with the third loss in the last four games.

With this defeat against, Instituto fell in the table of averages with 1,133 points, only above Sarmiento de Junín, Platense and Arsenal.

In the first half, Barracas was more orderly, coordinated and in better spirits to go looking for the goals in the rival goal. Institute showed a deep anemia in the creation of the game, but it was also evident a slump.

Barracas generated much more than his rival and he captured it halfway through the first half when, following a free kick, Rodrigo Insúa put a cross into the six-yard box that Álvarez headed into the back of the net.

Until the end of the first stage, the shortcomings of both teams were evident, although Barracas prevented their goalkeeper Andrés Desábato from having a lot of work.

In the second half, it seemed that Rondina gave the order to go looking for more goals. After 17 minutes, Sepúlveda shot Carranza. He also obeyed captain Iván Tapia by marking Alan Cantero with a penalty for a foul.
