The new resolution bears the signature of President Javier Milei and the Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo, which nullifies the previous appointment made through Decree No. 121/2, which appointed Fernando Mengo to the position.

In 2023 he was the 2nd Operational Commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. And as for 2024, he has served as Joint Aerospace Commander. He graduated from Liceo Espejo.

For this reason, he announced that he has already instructed the initiation of legal and administrative actions to investigate the reported events, determine responsibilities and guarantee that those who have committed a crime “receive the sanctions that correspond to the seriousness of their actions.”
