It was noted that the first complaints were recorded at 18:22 Moscow time. Appeals with information about malfunctions in the social network come from citizens of Germany, France, Russia, Canada, the United States, and the UK.
Twitter’s previous major outage occurred on February 11. Then users from the USA, Canada and Japan encountered problems.
On February 4, users of the WhatsApp messenger reported a failure in the service. According to statistics, 1065 complaints were received from users per day. Russian users also complained about the work of Twitter. Received 1317 appeals. 65% of them had problems with the site, 22% could not enter their profile, and 13% had difficulties uploading.
