“The current generation Passat sedan will be discontinued. As of February 24, 2022, Volkswagen stops accepting orders for this model. Sedan sales are declining year on year and the Volkswagen brand is responding to these changes in demand. Demand trends continue to shift towards the SUV segment.
It is noted that the off-road version of the Passat Alltrack will continue to be sold on the Russian market.
On January 27, it was reported that Volkswagen expanded the range of basic and optional equipment for the Touareg crossover.
The Business R-Line now comes standard with the IQ.Light package, which includes matrix LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, Dynamic High Beam Assist, LED taillights with dynamic turn signal and headlight washer.
