The more tightly tuned sports version of the Lexus LX 600 F Sport is also equipped with an electronic Torsen differential and modified steering that is intended to improve driving dynamics. In addition to air suspension, all versions offer gear reduction, hill descent assistance and various driving programs for off-road use. The Lexus LX 600 is optionally available on 18-, 20- and 22-inch wheels. In addition to the V6 petrol engine, another V6 hybrid is being planned and the 3.3-liter V6 diesel that Toyota is offering for various large vehicles should also be an issue for certain markets. Among other things, this 309 PS / 700 Nm diesel also powers the full-size pick-up Toyota Tundra. The predecessor model of the Lexus LX 570 is powered by a 385 hp 5.7 V8 naturally aspirated engine.

The numerous cameras all around, which project the areas around the vehicle onto the screen in the cockpit, also help with off-road use. The fourth generation of the Lexus LX has gained significantly in the interior, where a significantly higher level of comfort is offered. The LX is particularly luxurious as a four-seater with its two comfort armchairs. The front passenger seat can be moved forward variably and the angle of inclination of the seat can be adjusted up to 48 degrees. In addition, the display on the rear seat behind the front passenger seat can be folded down to provide a clear view of the front. In addition to legroom of 1.10 meters, there is an extendable footrest. In addition to the animated instruments behind the steering wheel, the center console has a 12.3-inch central screen and another seven-inch screen for air conditioning.
