The Chinese company Huawei has unveiled a new hybrid crossover Aito M5. This was reported on December 24 by “Autoreview”.
The length of the car is 4770 mm, width – 1930 mm, height – 1625 mm. The wheelbase is 2880 mm. In size, the Aito M5 is a classmate of the Jaguar F-Pace or Genesis GV70 crossovers.
The main feature of the interior is the Huawei media system with a 15.6-inch display. It is integrated into one ecosystem with other gadgets of the Huawei brand and has extensive online capabilities.
The Aito M5 crossover is equipped with adaptive LED headlights, front seats with ventilation and massager, adaptive cruise control, panoramic roof, all-round visibility system. There are USB connectors not only on the center console, but also in the door pockets so that you can leave the gadget put on charge there.
The car is equipped with a 125 hp 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, which operates exclusively in generator mode to recharge the traction battery. The wheels of the Aito M5 are powered by electric motors.
The developers said that with a fully charged battery and a full tank of gasoline, the Aito M5 will be able to travel 1,100 km, and the average fuel consumption is 0.8 liters. for 100 km.
On June 29, it became known that Chery is considering the possibility of starting sales of cars with electric power plants in Russia in the next two years.
At the moment, Chery is preparing the necessary package of technical documentation for passing the certification of cars, conducting marketing research, and also preparing for testing electric vehicles in the conditions of Russian roads and climate.
