Serial production of the new generation Ford Mustang sports coupe will begin in March 2023. Motor1 reports about it on December 30.
According to the newspaper, the car will be built on a platform borrowed from the current model. In the US, the new Ford Mustang can be ordered with both a gasoline turbo engine and a hybrid power plant. In addition, the model will be offered with an all-wheel drive system.
It is noted that from 2028, Ford will cease production of the Mustang with internal combustion engines and will switch to a model with an all-electric power plant.

The Ford F-150 Lightning pickup truck is equipped with two electric motors. The total power of the power plant is 430 hp. The power reserve is 370 km.
