Ford deployed its Strong Race in La Rural

Ford Argentina was again the protagonist of Rural Exhibition, This year, the 136th edition of the fair was held, where the brand celebrated 23 years as the Official Sponsor of the traditional agricultural show, reaffirming its commitment to the sector and exhibiting its main models.

Ford had a space in the blue pavilion, where it exhibited its complete line of vehicles and which included the latest launches of the brand, such as the Territory and the New Bronco Wildtrak, as well as other classics such as The New Ranger, the F150 Raptor and the Maverick.

The Bronco Wildtrakthe most iconic off-roader from the American firm that is already in dealerships, has arrived to raise the bar thanks to its technologies applied to off-roading such as its powerful 334 hp EcoBoost V6 biturbo petrol engine and its multiple all-terrain driving systems.

“We have been sponsoring the Rural Exhibition for 23 years, but Ford has had a relationship with the countryside for decades”said Osvaldo Santi, general manager of Ford Communications.

For its part, Marcelo Ramos, Ford Marketing General Manager, highlighted the test drive area where the brand’s models could be tested.

During the exhibition, Santi commented that the Ranger currently being produced at the Pacheco plant will incorporate greater participation from the national industry since its engine will also be produced in the country. “Now it will be more Argentine,” he said.

He also announced that production of the iconic model at the Pacheco plant will increase by 10 to 15%.

All models on display at the fair had a QR code with access to FORDi, Ford’s virtual assistant, which guided visitors through the different spaces to obtain more information about the vehicles, their features and versions.

Off-road experiences

Ford offered all visitors the opportunity to take test drives at the Ford Campus Experiencean off-road track where they were able to test the brand’s various all-terrain models and check the capabilities that make them members of the Raza Fuerte family: Ranger, Ranger Raptor, F-150, F-150 Raptor and Maverick.

The ‘pit’ featured steep climbs and descents, plus other challenges to test drivers in search of 4×4 thrills.

Ford also gave its customers tickets to the fair and preferential access with Fast Pass to test the Raza Fuerte products on the off-road track through special invitations via FordPass. Also, those who came to the brand’s space received advice and information about the different financing options that Plan Óvalo offers today.

With its participation as Official Sponsor in the 136th edition of La Exposición Rural, Ford Argentina once again reaffirmed its historical commitment to the agricultural sector. In this case, through the presence of different exponents of the Strong Breed, the most complete and technologically advanced line of pick-ups on the market, outstanding SUVs in terms of design, technology and safety, and offering differential experiences for its customers.
