The Russian automaker AvtoVAZ will release a new version of the Lada Niva Travel SUV called Black by the end of winter 2022. This became known during the brand’s press conference dedicated to the results of 2021.
The model will be painted in black enamel. In addition, the SUV will receive black rims, sun visors, headlining and an ERA-GLONASS system unit of the same color.
The seatbacks will feature new upholstery with contrasting stitching and Black lettering. Also, on the frames of the rear doors, nameplates with the name of the special version will be glued.
The Lada Niva Travel Black SUV will be equipped with a 1.7-liter gasoline engine with 80 hp. and a five-speed manual transmission. The drive is full.
On January 10, it was reported that AvtoVAZ will resume production of Lada cars with the EnjoY Pro multimedia system in January 2022.
AvtoVAZ did not produce Lada cars with EnjoY Pro for about six months. The last such versions were manufactured at the plant back in July 2021.
