The white sedan is a whopping 14 meters long – and costs 15,000 euros. That is, if the car dealership can afford to part with the monster.
“You’ve never seen anything like it” – rarely does an advert for a used car start with these words. But it’s true: If you haven’t seen this car on TV or at a trade fair, the sighting is likely to be a one-off. Because the old Lincoln Town Car from 1996 is long. Very long. The car with its four axles measures 14 metres – making it the longest car on the continent according to the dealer.
If it is not sold, the dealer wants to keep the car
The vehicle is for sale at SL-Automobile in Husum. However, it is not yet clear whether the car would be given to an interested party. As managing director Gonne Lorenzen told the star revealed that the car dealership is toying with the idea of simply keeping this automotive giant. They have a hall for it, and it is certainly an eye-catcher, explained Lorenzen.
Fast speedsters
Old School Cool: These “vintage cars” were among the fastest cars of the eighties
On top of that, the car is a construction site. It was deregistered for ten years and is no longer in the best condition. Lorenzen is sure that it could be made roadworthy, as it is generally drivable, but that will not happen without repairs. The vehicle has also suffered visually: the paint is peeling off here and there, and the interior currently looks more like a run-down office from the nineties.

The limousine can accommodate up to 18 people
However, the substance is not often found: Around 16 to 18 people can fit in the monster, and in good weather part of the roof can be removed so that you can really yell loudly into the night sky. Numerous televisions, a minibar and the obligatory interior lighting also create a good atmosphere in the long guest room.
The Town Car is powered by an American V8 with 150 hp. But driving fast is probably not possible anyway due to its size. When asked how easy the car is to drive, Lorenzen replied: “It may not look like it, but the car actually drives quite well.”

That is, unless 18 party-goers make the back part shake. Luckily, there is a partition behind the driver.
