The president Javier Milei will have a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping within the framework of the G20 meeting which will be held in the coming days in Rio de Janeiroas reported by official spokesperson Manuel Adorni on social networks.
After several twists and turns in the diplomatic relationship, with insults and attacks involved, Finally, Milei will talk with Xi Jinping about investment projects for Argentina and other globally relevant issues.
The day, time and modality of the meeting have not yet been revealed. It could happen between next Monday and Tuesday. The management of the meeting would have been handled by the new chancellor, Gerardo Werthein.
The Chinese president arrived in the region to participate in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) in Lima.which brings together 21 members and ends this Saturday. On Friday, the meetings of heads of state of this annual forum focused on promoting free trade began.
