The request for responses from parents and the school’s release
After what happened, many parents approached the door of the institution looking for answers. From the school, they released a statement in which they stated: “Since the beginning of the conflict, we have intervened in a co-responsible manner, prioritizing the physical and emotional well-being of each and all of our students.”
Cristina, a mother, spoke with C5N and commented: “The director’s version is that the girl was protected with the backpack. They called the parents and they gave her the backpack with the weapon. The parents are police officers. “They never called the police.”
“The girl is a first year. She was bullied, I don’t know when the bullying started. I was coming a while ago, some mothers told me. The girl apparently told the boy that she had a gun, the boy didn’t believe her and she showed it to him. The preceptor followed the school protocol. We understand that he did not come again,” he concluded.
