Spanish artists from Motor.es have prepared the first image with a possible design of the new generation Russian SUV Lada Niva.
Judging by the image, the car could get a design in the style of current AvtoVAZ models: X-shaped bumpers with chrome inserts, a ribbed hood, and wide rear arches.
The new generation of the Russian SUV Lada Niva will receive high ground clearance and a full-fledged all-wheel drive system with a reduction gear range.
The new Lada Niva will be comparable to the five-door version of the current SUV. The length will be 4280 mm (40 mm longer than the five-door Niva Legend). The wheelbase of the model is 2600 mm.
The car will receive a 1.8-liter gasoline engine with 122 hp, as well as a turbocharged 1.3-liter Renault unit.
On December 7, it was reported that AvtoVAZ added to the list of options that can be equipped with a commercial van Lada Largus Van. Now the model can be ordered with a rear view camera, which increases the comfort and safety of the car.
