- Abstentions: 28 deputies. 24 of union for the homeland; 2 of democracy forever; and 2 of the UCR.
- Absent: 12 deputies. 6 of union for the country (Bertoldi, Cisneros, Gollán, Pereyra, Pokoik and Zabala); 3 of democracy forever (Aguirre, Coletta and Rizzotti), United Barletta, Federal Meeting and Romero of the PRO.
