Yesterday the new measures were launched by National Government arranged in Decree 196/2025 published in the Official Gazette. One of the most significant changes is the Digitization of the driver’s license and its renewal process, which was previously carried out in a Licenses emission center.
According to a statement issued by the Government, it was decided that this process is managed online with the aim of offering a greater comfort and of Unbourty the system. At the moment alone 18 provinces of the country adhered to these changesbut others are expected to do it soon.

To renew the driver’s license with the new parameters, drivers must follow these steps:
- Enter lncargentina.seguridadvial.gob.ar With the APP user My Argentina.
- Validate the Personal data.
- Select the process to be carried out: renewal I extension of license.
- If the professional license is chosen, indicate if it is for Interjurisdictional transport.
- Pay the chosen procedure tickets through the available options.
- Choose the providers to do the courses and exams required according to the license you are processing.
- Both health exams (psychophysical) and courses, once they are approved, the results will be loaded in system by providers, without the need to be presented by citizens.
- After the procedure, the digital license will appear in My Argentina.
