Alfa Romeo will release the first electric car in its history

The Italian company Alfa Romeo plans to release a new car, which in the brand’s model range will be located one step below the Tonale crossover. This was reported on February 14 by Motor1.

It is noted that the novelty will be called Brennero. It will appear in 2024 and will be the first electric car of the brand, although there will be a version with an internal combustion engine. The model is based on the STLA Small platform, on which the Opel Mokka and Peugeot 2008 are also built.

The Brennero will be produced in Poland on the same assembly line as the Fiat 500X and Jeep Renegade models (they will also move to the STLA Small platform).

On December 8, it was reported that Volvo plans to bring cars with a fourth level autopilot to the Russian market in 2025.

According to the expert, Volvo strives to minimize human involvement in driving. Level 4 Autopilot allows the car to drive completely on its own. But only with the participation of a person as a controller. If necessary, the driver must take control of the car in his own hands.
