By 2022, experts indicate that spending on state aid to companies would be 14,000 million dollars, a figure that is unfeasible within the framework of the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
In fact, it is the only item of spending, according to the national budget, that can be cut in a framework in agreement with the opposition.
The Government proposes to reach the full rate by making a geographical segmentation between the richest neighborhoods of the City of Buenos Aires and the North of Greater Buenos Aires, but according to experts, the savings that could be achieved on that side would not exceed 220 millions of dollars.
